Terms of Service
Effective June 21, 2026. These terms govern access to AssetLed Linkbuilding, including the API, Blazor app, SDK, reporting, billing, worker automation, and configured integrations.
Service
AssetLed Linkbuilding helps teams analyze websites, identify linkable assets, research prospects, manage outreach, track AI visibility, connect Google impact data, report on earned links, and monitor provider costs. Some features depend on third-party credentials, live API availability, configured mailboxes, and the customer's chosen operational settings.
Accounts, roles, and API keys
- You are responsible for keeping account credentials, API keys, mailbox credentials, Google OAuth access, and Stripe administration access secure.
- API keys must be scoped to legitimate account operations and rotated or revoked when no longer needed.
- Only authorized users may access owner, admin, billing, compliance, reporting, and Hangfire administration surfaces.
- You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep operational contact routes monitored.
Acceptable use
You may use AssetLed only for lawful, consent-aware, and policy-compliant link building, digital PR, reporting, and related operations. You must not use the service to send spam, impersonate others, scrape or enrich data unlawfully, bypass mailbox limits, ignore recipient opt-outs, evade rate limits, probe unauthorized systems, or submit malicious content.
Unsubscribe, suppression, and outreach compliance
You must honor unsubscribe tokens, suppression entries, bounce handling, negative replies, mailbox warmup limits, physical-address requirements, and all applicable email, privacy, consumer-protection, platform, and anti-spam laws before sending outreach.
Billing and packages
Billing packages, checkout sessions, subscription identifiers, order status, and quota are processed through Stripe and the AssetLed billing store. Package availability, pricing, and quota are controlled by the configured link-package catalog and Stripe price mapping. Fees are due according to the accepted Stripe checkout or subscription terms.
Free trial, renewal, and cancellation
The public self-serve signup starts a card-required 14-day Starter free trial. Unless cancellation is received before the trial ends, the trial automatically renews into the Starter subscription using the payment method accepted in Stripe Checkout.
You can cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal from Billing before renewal. Upgrading from the Starter trial to a paid Growth or Agency package ends the trial immediately and starts the paid package selected in Stripe.
Trial abuse prevention
AssetLed may permanently block repeat trial access after trial cancellation or suspected trial abuse. To protect the service, customers, payment processors, and recipients, AssetLed may process the email address, IP address, website, domain, Stripe customer, Stripe subscription, and payment fingerprint associated with trial signup, cancellation, and abuse-prevention checks.
Third-party services
AssetLed can integrate with Anthropic, DataForSEO, Google, Stripe, SMTP/IMAP providers, and configured AI answer engines. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the applicable provider terms. AssetLed may be unable to complete a workflow if a provider rejects a request, changes an API, rate-limits traffic, or is unavailable.
Customer data and generated output
You retain responsibility for domains, content, prospect data, contact data, approved expertise, prompts, outbound messages, reports, and instructions you submit or approve. You grant AssetLed the rights needed to process that data to provide the service, secure the platform, comply with law, and operate configured integrations. Generated drafts and reports should be reviewed before external use.
Security and suspension
AssetLed may suspend or limit access when use threatens service security, deliverability, tenant isolation, provider accounts, recipients, or legal compliance. Security issues should be reported through the security contact below and handled without production-data access, destructive testing, spam, or privacy violations.
Availability, warranties, and liability
The service is provided with commercially reasonable care but depends on customer configuration, third-party services, DNS, mailbox reputation, payment processors, SQL Server availability, and worker execution. Except where prohibited by law, AssetLed disclaims implied warranties and limits liability to the amount paid for the affected service during the period giving rise to the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion through the implemented compliance workflow. AssetLed may retain records needed for billing, tax, legal compliance, security, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, and suppression-list integrity.
